Our story

LegalBreeze began a few years ago when, in one ear, a lawyer heard the steady drumbeat of clients seeking transparency into legal fees/costs. In the other ear, was the ever-increasing drumbeat of worry from lawyers in search of new client opportunities.

He set out to create a solution that informs potential clients and quickly connects them with a lawyer.

LegalBreeze is the legal service marketplace solution for both drum beats!

Troy Hoch, Founder & CEO, LegalBreeze

Why is it so challenging to find a lawyer?

And, why are legal fees so mysterious?

Let’s face the truth

For consumers, hiring a lawyer is stressful and expensive. Before LegalBreeze, finding a lawyer was a confusing experience searching Google, seeing billboards or late-night infomercials. Understanding bottom line costs and hourly rates took too much time and resulted in a less than confident legal journey

For lawyers, most of you are running a business (no easy task), and looking for new client opportunities through traditional marketing “solutions”. You’ve probably wished for a simpler marketing strategy, and for tools that will help you determine whether your efforts in fact have a meaningful impact to your business. There simply is not enough time enough in each day to learn about things like SEO, pay per click, blogging, social media use and all the other “best practice” digital marketing tools available in today’s connected world

Time to embrace technology

In every industry, but the legal industry, technology makes it simple to find pricing information and providers for everyday products and services like remodel projects, doctors, babysitters, plumbers, and electricians. Why, then, is it so confusing and scary to find a lawyer? Why are legal fees so mysterious?

LegalBreeze removes the mystery by educating and empowering lawyers, clients, and potential clients with immediate visibility into hourly billing rates and a range of legal service cost estimates. LegalBreeze makes it simple for people to connect with a lawyer to solve common goals

LegalBreeze’s vision

Change the way lawyers and people connect to solve legal matters by empowering everyone with information

LegalBreeze’s mission

Level the legal services industry playing field by making it simple for people to compare costs and find the right lawyer
